This Rust Reformer is a Matt Black finish from the Rust-Oleum range of sprays. It provides a base that converts rust instantly and helps adhesion and protects from further rust. It is ideal for use under all Rust-Oleum sprays and can be used inside or outside of the house.

Easy to use and fast dry. More paint in the can ensures the Rust-Oleum range typically covers 50% more than the majority of other spray paints on the market.
