This Direct to Vinyl Black paint is a Gloss finish from the Rust-Oleum range of spray paints. This paint can go directly onto clean vinyl without the need for a primer and is ideal for everyday projects inside and outside the house. Provides a flexible hard wearing finish on the majority of vinyl surfaces. Please check on a small area before use.
